Vildeurter is a foraging and farming company founded and run by Michael Fitzner in 2011, based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Vildeurter supplies high-quality, freshly foraged ingredients such as flowers and wild plants to Michelin-starred restaurants and has played a key role in shaping Denmark’s New Nordic cuisine.

Michael also operates a farm producing exceptionally fresh vegetables, including mini cucumbers, cabbages, fennels, and more.

I collaborated with Michael to craft a distinctive brand identity that reflects the quality of his products and clientele. The design is clean and organic, emphasizing the natural beauty and simplicity of his ingredients.
