Vildeurter is a foraging and farming company created and operated by Michael Fitzner in 2011 and based in Copenhagen Denmark. Vildeurter offer high quality and freshly foraged ingredients such as flowers and wild plants to Michelin Stars restaurants. He has played a very important role in the new Nordic cuisine in Denmark.

Michael also runs a farm producing high quality and extra fresh vegetable such as mini cucumbers, cabbages, fennels and a lot more ! 

I worked with Michael to create him a unique identity that would translate the quality of his product and customers. An epurate and organic design to show the beauty and simplicity of his ingredients.
